Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. It must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and order details.

Items that show signs of use, damage, washing, stains, odor, or missing packaging may not be accepted for return.

Return Conditions:

  • The item does not match your order details.
  • You changed your mind and the product is still unused and in original condition.

Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges for size-related issues, subject to product availability. Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size.

If the requested size is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit after reviewing your request.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we review your request, we will guide you through the next steps. If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items may not be accepted for return:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
  • Products without original packaging or order details.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return Shipping:

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back your item. Essential Hoodie is not responsible for lost return packages.
